Fits standard 0.5 mL, 0.6 mL, and 0.65 mL snap-cap microcentrifuge tubes.Pre-chill the cold block in a freezer or on ice and use it instead of an ice bucket for experiments that require low temperatures. The aluminum body ensures rapid and uniform heat transfer, keeping all 36 tubes at a consistent temperature.Each row features a groove between the tube wells designed to hold the snap-cap of an open tube out of the way.
